The house is developed in three levels, which are connected with internal stairs. The upper level consists of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a 32 sq.m. terrace with sea view. The ground level consists of a big modern furnished open plan living and dining area, with fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. At the lower level, you 'll reach two more bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms. The first double bedroom is part of the main villa, has open space, a modern shower and separate toilet room. Even at the lower level, a window for fresh air and natural light is available. The second double sofa-bed bedroom is a guest house which has internal connection with the main villa. The guest house also has a separate entrance with direct access to the pool, window for fresh air and natural light, kitchen and bathroom with laundry.
