The BBQ Area has direct access to the kitchen and to the indoor and outdoor dining areas.

Living Room

The Living room is in an independent building of 85m2 with view to Ftelia bay. It has a seating area of 20pp, while it is equipped TV, sound system and foosball. From the living room, there is direct access to the outdoor living area, the Jacuzzi area and the open patio of the upper floor.
