Kings & Queens is a stunning summer residence located in the traditional village of Pyrgos on Santorini Island. Nestled among vineyards and facing southwest toward the Aegean Sea, this unique villa is designed to resemble an artificial monolithic rock formation, seamlessly blending into the surrounding landscape. The house is composed of various parts, each with its own orientation, creating a distinctive architectural experience.

The exterior is adorned with earth-toned plaster, while the interiors feature white plaster and mosaic finishes. Handmade furniture crafted from natural wood, marble, rusted steel, cement, plaster, and clay enhances both the interior and exterior. The integration of Mediterranean plants and cacti further complements the villa's connection to its environment.

Main Villa Kings & Queens: 4 Bedrooms

Entering through the main door on the ground floor, you're welcomed into a spacious living area with sea views, elegant mosaic floors, comfortable sofas, and a hand-crafted marble coffee table. The balcony doors lead to a large terrace and the pool area.

To the right, a corridor provides a workspace for up to two people. At the end of the corridor is a modern, all-white, fully equipped kitchen. A large front window offers stunning sea views, and the kitchen has direct access to the outdoor terrace, where a spacious dining table awaits under a shaded pergola.

The upper floor features three bedrooms:

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, a TV, and a balcony with views of the sea and pool.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a TV, and a balcony with sea views.

The third bedroom also features a queen-size bed, a TV, and a terrace with views of the land at the back of the house.

These bedrooms share two full bathrooms with shower cabins located on this floor. Stairs from the main entrance lead to the lower floor, which includes a spa room with a large hot tub, gym equipment, a sitting area with satellite TV, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom with a shower.

The outdoor space boasts a swimming pool and expansive sea view terraces with multiple levels outfitted with loungers, sunbeds, poufs, and a shaded outdoor dining area.

Adjacent Guest House with 3 Bedrooms (Optional)

Next to the main villa, there is a separate guesthouse that includes three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private pool. This guesthouse has its own private entrance just a few meters from the main villa. Upon entering, guests will find a small kitchen area with a table. To the left is an open-plan area featuring a bedroom corner with a queen-size bed in the back and a living area in the front that opens to the terrace. This space also includes an attic area with a queen-size bed accessed via interior stairs.

Stairs lead down to the lower floor, where there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed, an interior hot tub, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Additionally, a second full bathroom with a steam bath, shower, and double washbasin services the bedrooms on the upper floor.

One-Bedroom Studio with Pool (Optional)

Adjacent to the main villa is an extra guest studio that features a queen-size bed, a small living area, kitchenette, and an exterior space with a private plunge pool and loungers.
