Upon entering the ground floor, you'll find the main entrance, private parking, a small gym, a cozy lounge area, a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, and a full bathroom complete with a shower cabin. An elevator also starts on this floor, providing access to the upper levels.

On the second floor, you'll discover the pool area, which boasts stunning sea views, along with three bedrooms that share a full bathroom with a shower and a separate WC. The first bedroom features a king-size bed with direct access to the pool, offering both pool and sea views. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and access to the pool as well, while the third bedroom includes twin beds that can be combined into a king-size bed upon request.

The third floor features a stylish open-plan living space, complete with a comfortable living area with a fireplace, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
