In the same spot, there is an open kitchen and the dining room which create the right conditions for experiencing the absolute Greek traditional habit, the preparation of a meal cuisine. 

The property can accommodate a total of twelve people in six spacious bedrooms, while there is also an extra room for two people. Especially in the main villa, there are four double bedrooms which are airy and full of light, while for greater autonomy there is the guesthouse with two double rooms. 

All of them feature high-quality anatomic mattresses and their own bathroom for a full enjoyment of privacy. Large custom-made marble washbasins complement the great sense of minimal luxury and style that spaces exude. Each bedroom is uniquely designed so that each guest can find the style and functionality that suits them. Even the views vary and every room has its own outdoor space. Amenities include air conditioning with independent regulation, as well as ability to remotely control the temperature, lighting and sound of smart devices via an exclusive application. 

On the exterior, under the rich shades, there is a comfortable and stylish the bamboo lounge, which offers a sun-protected relaxation area. It includes a bed and large armchairs. This spot is ideal for the evening, to gaze at the lights of Mykonos Town and the shimmering of the pool lights. But the outdoor relaxation and leisure doesn’t stop there. The guests at Villa Clemence can enjoy their afternoon coffee at the most protected area from sun and wind, with tall stone walls, in a kind of atrium with built-in sofas. Its main reference point and shade element is the olive tree in the center, a characteristic plant of the Greek landscape.

The most exceptional spot of the open-air outdoor area is definitely the villa’s private swimming pool. The overflow element with the sense of infinity, creates a visual bridge with the endless blue of the Aegean Sea. The comfortable sun beds around it offer the much-needed relaxation and sunbathing, that one desires after swimming. 

At last but not least, the outdoor area features all the amenities that a family or a large group need for gatherings and meals outside. The bar is fully equipped with a barbecue as well as a fridge and freezer for preparing drinks and cocktails. Furthermore, it features a fold with high stools and speakers all over the place that create the absolute atmosphere for relaxed or intense fun and dancing. For outdoor meals, there is an outdoor dining area with built-in seating and mild night light.

Villa Clemence offers to guests the possibility to continue to take care of their physical condition in the equipped gym located in cool and luminous ground floor. There, one can arrange a massage appointment, since the appropriate bed is also provided.
